A 61-year-old man faces impaired driving charges following a collision with a train on the CN mainline north of Kenora.
Provincial Police say back on March 30th, a vehicle ran into a train at the crossing on Highway 671.
The driver was transported to hospital with injuries.
OPP say Christopher Swain of Kenora has been charged with driving while impaired and refusing to provide a breath sample.
The rail line was closed for several hours as a result of the crash.
