Girls Teams Compete For Gold in Dryden

A successful Kathy Sanders Memorial hockey tournament in Dryden.
All but two girls teams were able to beat the bad weather and compete for gold on the weekend.
The Dryden Petro Pass Warriors beat the Dryden GCD Drillers 3-0 in the Bantam final.
The Thunder Bay Tigers won the bronze medal with a 2-1 win over the Nipigon Elks.
In Midget play, the Dryden Calypso Eliminators knocked off Dryden J.A.F.T 3-0 in the final.
The Schreiber North Stars beat the Dryden Time-Out Sports Bruincs 4-0 in the bronze medal game.
The Kenora Chaos claimed gold in the Peewee division with a 4-1 win over the Fort Frances Lakewood Tire Eagles.
Dryden Petro can scored a big 7-1 win over Fort Frances in the third place game.
