The new Minister of Natural Resources is ready to get down to business.
Thunder Bay-Superior North MPP Michael Gravelle was sworn into office Thursday afternoon.
Gravelle says he has no trouble taking over the responsibility.
Gravelle is expecting a smooth transition given that a lot of the issues carry over from his old post as Minister of Northern Development, Mines and Forestry.
He notes he spend the next couple of weeks getting acquainted with the hot-button issues facing Natural Resources.
Gravelle stresses the appointment is special given that Natural Resources is such an important on for Northwestern Ontario.
