Great Effort Spoiled By Lakers

The Dryden Ice Dogs played their best hockey of 2014 but fell just short losing 4-2 to Fort Frances at the Couchiching First Nation last night.
The game was tied heading into the third period when league leader Lucas Debenedet scored on a power-play.
The Lakers would go on to add an empty netter.
Dane Fenney and Cody Kaus scored for the Ice Dogs.
They are back in action Monday in Ear Falls.
