Scholarships Awarded To Confederation Students

Over 250 Confederation College students from across the region have one less financial worry.
They have been awarded scholarships and bursaries totalling $120,000 to help them continue their education at the institution.
President Jim Madder says it’s all made possible by donations.
Madder says financial support comes from former students and others in the community who believe in what the college is doing.
The ceremony was held at the Thunder Bay campus yesterday afternoon.
