More jobs will be available regionally as Greenstone Gold Mines works towards opening its Hardrock Gold mine.
Spokesperson John Mason says they will be looking for workers across the northwest to help them build and operate the mine in the coming years.
Mason says the next two years are critical as the company works towards bringing Hardrock to production.
Mason says some of their workforce will be from communities along the Highway 11 corridor and Indigenous communities.
