Toys For The North Wrapping Up

It’s been eight years since the RCMP began sending toys to remote northwestern Ontario communities for Christmas.

Corporal Louise Savard says they’ve been collecting toys for a month now and donations will be accepted until Saturday.

If you are visiting Thunder Bay in the next couple of days, you can drop of a new, unwrapped toy at the North Star Air office on Walsh Street.

Savard says they are hoping to ship all toys north by December 7th.
