Greg Harney SIJHL Player Of The Week

Greg Harney of the English River Miners is the SIJHL Player of the Week.
The 19-year-old goalie from New Haven, Connecticut shutdown the Dryden Ice Dogs in a pair of games last week.
Harney began his award-winning effort making 28 saves in allowing only one even strength goal in an 8-3 road victory.
He followed that up with a 26-save shutout at home against Dryden.
Harney leads the league in shutouts and save percentage.
Dryden’s Tim Kavanaugh was a runner-up in voting.
