A Manitouwadge man accused of assaulting a fellow Greyhound bus passenger earlier this fall is to appear before a judge again next Thursday.
A publication ban on the proceedings remains in effect, so the results of a 30-day psychiatric assessment last month can’t be reported.
28-year-old David Roberts, who has been denied bail, was charged with aggravated assault and two counts of breach of probation after an unidentified
man was assaulted in September as an eastbound coach traveled to White River.
