Greyhound Passengers Speak on Ordeal

Greyhound Bus passengers are furious over the treatment they received after being stranded for 15-hours in White River.
Paul Hitchin says it was a brutal experience and notes the Company didn’t care about the passengers on the bus.
Elaine Legarde of Thunder Bay says they felt simply abandoned and received no information from the company.
She describes the situation as abuse.
Greyhound is now apologizing, blaming weather for the delay, and says it is reviewing its protocols.
Some passengers are considering a lawsuit.
