Growing Association Finds New Home

The ever-growing Sioux Lookout and Hudson Association for Community Living has found a new home – the former Beaver Lumber building.
Executive Director Michael Hibberd says plans are being finalized to renovate the facility to house its 50 staff and 55 clients.
He adds the association is also talking to several other groups to share the building and make it a one-stop place to receive services.
Staff are currently spread out throughout the community which has put on strain on the organization which specializes in providing help for the developmentally disabled and their families.
