The McGuinty liberals will be unveilling their second
provincial budget this afternoon at around three.
NDP Leader Howard Hampton says the liberals have a lot of
election promises to fulfill in the budget.

Hampton says the residents of Ontario have given the
Liberals more than enough time to get their act together.
He adds if people don’t see enough sufficient funding for
health care, and municipalities in the budget, it might
just be the straw that broke the camels back.
