Handful Of Confederation College Students Not Returning To Class

The President of Confederation College says he’s not surprised that just over 400 domestic students at the school decided to ask for a full tuition refund as the result of the five week teacher’s strike.

Jim Madder says that is in line with the provincial average.

Madder says about 35 international students asked for a refund but 20 of those are returning next month.

And while the domestic students aren’t required to say if they’re returning, he has spoken to a number who say they will.
