A report aimed at eliminating racism in Ontario has been
released by the hate crimes community working group.
Group Spokesperson Dr. Karen Mock says they visited
Kenora in January last year, and consulted with various
aboriginal stakeholders.

The McGuinty Government has struck an interministerial
team between the Attorney General’s Office and Community
Safety and Correctional Services.
The team will consider the recommendations, and will
implement them with 1.3 million dollars in provincial
funding.
