All sorts of strange and spooky things can happen Saturday night with ghosts and goblins gathering bags of treats and possibly pulling off some tricks.
Dryden Police, Bell Canada, Ambulance staff and the Amateur Radio Club will be patrolling the area ensuring a safe Halloween for everyone.
Dryden Police Inspector Kevin Glenister recommends kids wear a light, coloured costume with reflective tape so motorists can see you better and notes make-up is better than a mask.
Glenister adds never trick-or-treat alone.
Motorists are asked to slow-down and use extra caution.
A reminder to Dryden-area residents, the emergency siren will sound at 6 and 8 to signal the start and finish of ‘Trick or Treating’.
Have a Happy and Safe Halloween
