Health Canada says you should be picky when purchasing toys for Christmas presents this year.
Make sure toys are sturdy, well made and come with contact information for the manufacturer.
Consumer Product Safety Officer Kimberly Liska says shoddily made toys are dangerous.
Liska adds it’s also important to make sure the toys being purchased are appropriate for the age of the child.
