Natural Resources Minister Greg Rickford isn’t holding out much hope of a one billion dollar funding application under the Build Canada Fund being approved.
Ontario Minister of Northern Development and Mines Michael Gravelle requested the funding this week as part of the Feds contribution to the project.
Rickford says he would be surprised if Gravelle’s request is to submit a one billion dollar application without identifying a project
Rickford says he will be in contact with the Minister in the very near future to move the project forward.
