First it was toddlers, now it’s health care workers
Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Arlene King, is urging those working in the health care system to get the flu shot.
The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care is rolling out the “Let’s Get Fluless” awareness campaign.
It’s aimed at promoting the increase of immunization rates among health care workers.
Last week Dr. King spoke out on how important the flu shot is to young children.
Flu shots are available across the Northwestern Health Unit catchment area.
