Health Premiums in Ontario

Premier Mike Harris wont follow Ralph Kleins lead and introduce health-care premiums.
Harris says the Alberta premier is being forced to increase premiums to help cover growing health costs in his province.
However, Harris says he cant rule out the possibility of the successor brining in such premiums.
A Tory leadership candidate, Labour Minister Chris Stockwell, has been talking about the idea.
Harris leaves the premiers seat in two months.
