Health Unit 2007 Strategic Plan

The Northwestern Health Unit is embracing the new year and is
introducing its 2007 strategic plan.
Board of Health Chair John Albanese syas they will be offering more
programs to smaller communities across the Region.
Albanese adds the Board will be promoting the Health Unit more as well as
working on relationships with First Nations and the new Local Health
Integration Network.
He notes they’re looking for more provincial funding to implement
programs and add staff in smaller municipalities.
