Health Unit ‘Do One Thing’ Campaign Continues

The Northwestern Health Unit is continuing its ‘Do One Thing’ campaign.
The Health Unit will be holding a picnic in the park, with a healthy snack and fun family games in two communities the next couple of days.
Officials will be at Town Beach in Sioux Lookout from 11-1 on Friday.
On August 7th, they will be at the Community Hall in Hudson from 12 until 2.
The campaign is aimed at increasing healthy eating and physical activity levels across the region.
