The Northwestern Health Unit is expanding its stop smoking programs.
Health Promoter Christine Christine McLeod says along with their free Nicotine Replacement Therapy, they are now offering free counselling.
McLeod says they have staff trained to offer cessation counselling to those looking to kick the habit.
McLeod adds the program is now available in every community the Health Unit serves either through them or by Family Health Teams.
