If you’ve been vaccinated for COVID-19 outside of Ontario, you can now call the health unit to register your shots.
Northwestern Health Unit staff will add the record to the provincial database and link it to individuals’ records.
Before calling, you’re asked to have your health card and proof of vaccination ready.
Local residents who got their vaccination in another province are asked to call the Northwestern Health Unit at 1-866-468-2240.
