A Michigan couple has been fined $10,000 for having
illegal resident hunting licences.
In 1998, Trudy and Jerold Bryant successfully passed the Ontario Hunter
Safety test in Ignace but failed to meet the residency requirements to
legally hunt in Ontario.
However, from 1998 onward, the Bryants continued to obtain resident
fishing and hunting licences.
They have been fined for several violations and have been banned from
hunting in Ontario for 1-year.
