Highway 17 Update

Chaos on the Trans-Canada as several motor vehicle collisions are being reported.
A two vehicle crash in front of the Green Acres Restaurant has closed Highway 17 in Wabigoon.
However, OPP are now re-routing small cars and trucks through town, so you will be able to head east and west.
Witnesses say a fuel truck and a transport collided around 6:30 this morning. (Thursday)
Police hope to have the Highway open to all traffic shortly, however, witnesses say there was a small fuel spill as a result of the crash.
There is also a 2-vehicle collision on Highway 17 in Dryden.
Traffic is flowing but motorists will face some delays.
