Hit and Run, Special Needs T-Bay Teen Loses E-Bike

Thunder Bay Police are hoping to catch up with the woman whom they say was driving a blue car that hit a 16 year-old boy with special needs riding an e-bike.
Acting police Sergeant Gordon Snyder says the incident took place on Friday morning just after 8 a.m. on Cumming Street.
The family of the boy is trying to raise money to help get their son a new e-bike.
The teen had only minor injuries.
