Rafferty Voices Concern Over CN Rail Line Plans

Thunder Bay-Rainy River MP John Rafferty is adding his voice to those concerned with CN Rail’s plans to construct a third line east of its main yard in Fort Frances.
CN says its needed to help shuffle rail cars around.
Rafferty agrees with nearby residents that the line will be too close to area homes.
He adds if residents get no satisfaction from an upcoming meeting with CN, he’s prepared to take the issue directly to the Transport Minister.
