A festive tradition continues in northwestern Ontario.
The Canadian Pacific Railway ‘Holiday Train’ arrives in Dryden, Ignace and Vermilion Bay on Wednesday.
Jeremy Berry says this the 16th year of the program and they are excited for a return trip to the area.
Since its launch in 1999, the program has raised $9.5-million and collected 3.3-million pounds of food for North American Food Banks.
The locomotive decked out in Christmas lights and cheer also features Christmas tunes from the Odds and Roxanne Potvin.
Berry is encouraging people to donate healthy food this year.
