One of the last remaining holocaust survivors is back in northwestern Ontario.
Dr. Eva Olsson is in Sioux Lookout Thursday with school visits at Sacred Heart and Queen Elizabeth High School.
A public event is being held at 7:00 at the High School.
Northwest Catholic District School Board’s Amy Lafroy says she was an easy choice to help promote their equity and inclusive education program.
Lafroy says the 90-year-old will talk about the power of hate and the need to stop it, bullying and stepping in before bad things happen.
Olsson was in Dryden Wednesday night.
