The City of Dryden is stepping up enforcement on oversized trees, shrubs and hedges.
Several homeowners have received notices.
Acting City Manager Debra Kincaid says its become a safety concern both for city crews and motorists.
It is required that vegetation must be trimmed back to 12-inches from the edge of a sidewalk or roadway, and at least 13-feet above.
Kincaid says Parks staff are available if homeowners need assistance or have questions about the size of their trees, shrubs or hedges.
