Homicide Investigation in Thunder Bay

A 21-year-old man is dead following an assault at a Thunder Bay home on the weekend.
Police say Jimmy Monias sustained head injuries on Saturday and he died in Hospital Sunday night.
Monias was a student of Confederation College.
22-year-old Kyle Rae is charged with aggravated assault, but officials say the charge will be upgraded.
Police say alcohol was a factor and the two men were known to each other.
