The Rainy River District School Board is losing its leader.
Director of Education Warren Hoshizacki has resigned to accept a similar position with the Niagara District School Board this fall.
Hoshizacki feels the success of students has been one of the highlights of his career with the board.

Hoshizacki notes one of the challenges during his five years with the school board was the opening of the new Fort Frances High School.
Trustees will ultimately decide on a replacement but Hoshizacki adds he will help facilitate during the transition process.
