The Hoshizaki House’s construction project in Dryden is coming along, but they also need some additional community support.
The walls are coming up and bed rock is still being cleared from the property, so the project requires some extra funding.
Spokesperson Tom Wood says the extra funding is important since it will be used to ensure the safety of anyone who stays at the shelter.
Executive Director Terri Fedorchuk says they will also need money for furniture and playground equipment.
Fedorchuk also says if anyone is interested in donating, or helping in any way to get in contact with her.
