The Dryden Regional Health Centre Board of Directors is growing increasingly concerned with the controversial Bill C-8.
The Provincial measure would hold Hospitals more accountable and calls for enhanced Accessibility measures.
CAO Andrew Skene says they are upset with some of the rules.
Skene says under the deal the Minister of Health would have the right to by-pass the Board and take over the CAO position and withhold funding.
As well, any violations could end up costing the CAO 10% of his salary.
The Province would also have the right to sign performance deals on-behalf of the Hospital after a certain period.
The bill is going through second reading.
