The Dryden Regional Health Centre will be checking in on you once you leave the hospital.
A new program has been launched to contact inpatients by telephone.
Chief Executive Officer Wade Petranik says they want to ensure that patient needs are being met.
Petranik says if they do have concerns, the hospital can connect them with the appropriate services or people that can answer their questions such as, their family physician, hospital staff or members of the family health team.
Petranik says they want to make sure the patients are doing well and that all their needs are being taken care of so they don’t have to be admitted to the hospital again.
