Plans to develop an affordable housing complex for seniors appears to be moving forward.
Dryden Council is expected to approve a land purchase and sale deal Monday evening.
The agreement is between the City and Dryden Seniors’ Co-Operative Housing.
It will open up a parcel of land on Van Horne Avenue.
The project has been in the development stage for a number of years now.
Also on the agenda for the 7:00 meeting, Kenora Mayor Dave Canfield will join Dean Caron of FPInnovations for a presentation on forestry.
Fire Chief Ken Kurz will be recognized for 25 years of service.
