Howard Hampton Against Insurance Changes

Kenora-Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton feels the Provincial Government should embrace a public insurance system.
Hampton says the changes aren’t going to improve the current private system.
The changes are designed to cap rising premiums, with cuts being made to medical benefits and income replacement coverage.
Hampton stresses that most people will be paying more, with little coverage.
