Howard Hampton Not Going Anywhere

Howard Hampton says he’s staying on as NDP leader and vows to hold
the government accountable on key issues like child poverty and Ontario’s
shrinking manufacturing sector.
Hampton told party faithful in Toronto on the weekend that he’s “not
going anywhere.”
The Kenora-Rainy River MPP also hammered away at Dalton McGuinty’s
proposed $40-billion nuclear initiative, saying Ontario voters will
reject the plan once the true financial costs become clear.
