Kenora Rainy River M-P-P Howard Hampton says the Mike Harris government is ultimately to blame for the Walkerton water disaster.
The N-D-P leader says the province did nothing after getting repeated warnings.
He adds municipalities cant ensure safe drinking water on their own.
