Howard Hampton Says Liberals Asleep at Wheel

Kenora-Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton is attacking the McGuinty Government again for its lack of action on the forest industry front.
Hampton says the recent layoff announcement in Ear Falls reaffirms the Provincial Government’s lack of concern for Northwestern Ontario’s key resource.
He says if the Liberal Government poured as much time and effort into solving the forest industries problems as it does the auto industry; mills wouldn’t be permanently closing and idling their machines.
