Hunting Violation Costs Atikokan Woman $1,000

An Atikokan woman has been hit with a $1,000 fine after
pleading guilty to failing to tag a deer.
The 52-year-old shot a deer last November but kept her game so that
she could carry on hunting.
The woman was quickly caught by Conservation Officers in Fort
Frances and the Ministry of Natural Resources has banned her from hunting
for a year.
