Four hunters have been fined a total of $6,000 after
pleading guilty to a number of hunting violations in 3-seperate incidents
in the Kenora District.
In the first case, a pair of Michigan men were fined for trespassing,
discharging a firearm without regard to people and property and providing
false information to an officer after shooting a deer on private land.
In the second case, a 81-year-old Vermont man was charged after he shot
a deer in a rural residential area.
A 48-year-old Kenora man was fined in the third case for trespassing
to hunt.
