Hydro One Ombudsman Fiona Crean has opened her office and is now available to hear your complaints.
Crean says she’s focused on delivering fairness, not just for the utility’s customers, but for every member of the public affected by Hydro One’s services.
She says she will provide customers with a confidential, impartial and independent review of customer complaints, if they are unable to resolve their problems with the utility.
Crean adds she will be undertaking systematic investigations looking at the root cause of various problems.
The new Ombudsman will report to the Board of Hydro One.
