Hydro One Survey

Hydro One has released the results of a customer survey it conducted in Dryden last fall to find out how residents felt about the company following the sale of Dryden Hydro.
Carrie-Lynn Ognibene, with Hydro One Corporate Relations, says the phone survey asked more than more than 150 residents about their electricity accounts.
Ognibene says about 8 in 10 respondents were happy with the way they were kept informed about their electricity account during and after the transition period.
She adds some people were unhappy but overall the level of satisfaction was good.
The City of Dryden sold Dryden Hydro to Hydro One for more than 3.5 million dollars last year.
