Hydro One is taking back control of its call centres,
The centres are currently being operated by a third party on a contract that expires at the end of February.
Hydro One says the take back is being done to better serve customers.
An agreement has also been worked out with the Power Workers Union and The Society of Energy Professionals for the more than 400 workers at the centres in Markham and London, Ontario.
