A small but vocal crowd voiced their displeasure with the soaring cost of hydro at a peaceful protest outside the Dryden Government Building on Highway 17 Monday.
Organizer Becky Fediuk says they don’t want this issue to fall to the wayside.
Fediuk says energy prices are spiraling out of control, making it difficult for Ontario families to make ends meet.
Sarah Campbell with Howard Hampton’s office was the guest speaker at the rally, as the Kenora-Rainy River MPP was unable to make the trip.
