Over 21 hundred homes and businesses in the Red Lake have power again after a 3 hour power outage on New Years Day.
Hydro One says 2,125 customers lost power at 10:35 this morning.
Crews discovered a tree had fallen across a main line and were able to restore power to all customers
However, Balmertown is under a “Boil Water Advisory” after the pumps supplying water to the village were knocked out.
The Boil Water Advisory is in effect until further notice.
