After a 10-day break, the Dryden Ice Dogs are finally back on the ice
against arch-rival Borderland Thunder Wednesday night.
Dryden is still looking for its first win against the Thunder this
season.
Head Coach Larry Wintoneak says it will be interesting to see how his
club reacts following a strong outing against the North Stars.
The match-up features two of the SIJHL’s top defensive teams.
Both clubs have allowed under 100-goals and have been involved in low
scoring games against each other.
Puck-drop is 7:30 at the Dog Pound and CKDR will have the call starting
at 7:15.
In other league play Wednesday night, the first place Fort William North Stars
meet the Thunder Bay Bulldogs.
Off the ice, Darryl Spencer has stepped down as Dryden Assistant Coach
citing personal reasons.
