The Dryden Ice Dogs peppered 65 shots on the Fort Frances Lakers net en route to a 7-1 win Wednesday night at the Memorial Arena.
Tanner Harms had a goal and an assist and says he was pleased with their defensive play as the Lakers only managed 17-shots.
Jon Mitchell led the attack with a pair of goals, while B.J. McLellan, Chad Liley, Spencer Gyori and Kyle Heck added singles.
In the other game in the SIJHL, the Fort William North Stars clipped the K&A Wolverines 3-2.
