KPDSB Still Looking at New School in Dryden

The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board should know by next month whether it will be able to proceed with a new elementary school in Dryden.
Superintendent of Business Dean Carrie says they have been meeting with the contractor who submitted the original tender to build the school to find areas where they can reduce costs.
He says if Ministry of Education approves the new costs for construction, then they will bring the tender to trustees for approval at their December meeting.
The project would start in the spring at the earliest.
